John Wall Charged With Breaking And Entering

Raleigh Police issued a citation last week charging top recruit John Wall with misdemeanor breaking and entering. The citation is similar to one issued for a traffic violation. No warrant was executed, and Wall was not detained. An Officer observed Wall and two others leaving from the back of a  vacant home. Police say there was no forced entry, and no sign of anything missing.
